I have known John for about five years. I first met him in the Florida Keys where he was working for the cities of Marathon and Islamorada.

The people in the Keys spoke very highly of him and his work so when I needed a website, I asked John if he could build it. He said yes and he did. As you can see, it is an excellent website (I think). I really had to do very little besides provide the content. He and his staff arranged it and made it look and work the way it does. And his prices were very reasonable.

John and his staff are very responsive and knowledgeable. They have repeatedly helped me with issues that are not related to the website at no extra cost. For John, the important thing is that the job gets done properly no matter what hours and effort they have to put in.

In late 2000 the City of Crystal River retained EssentialNet Solutions to design,install and provide continuing administration for a completely new MS Windows based network for our City Hall. This comprehensive system included multiple servers and approximately 40 desktop workstations, as well as twelve mobile workstations for our police department. I worked closely with John Redrup and his team both during the planning and implementation of the new network for approximately eight years. Throughout this entire time EssentialNet Solutions provided outstanding service dedicated to always putting the client first. From the start John and his team of well trained, experienced professionals took a pro-active approach to the administration of the City's network by anticipating problems before they arose. They were extremely responsive to our changing needs and in spite of the fact that they are located across the state from Crystal River were always able to respond within a very few hours to an onsite emergency call. Emergencies, however, rarely occurred due to their pro-active as opposed to re-active management techniques. Often they were able to address the City's needs by remote administration of our network over the internet thus saving us both time and money. I have the highest regard for John and the EssentialNet team and would give them my strongest recommendation for complete networking solutions for any size system.
